Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and, in general terms, the basis on which Bespoke Agency, by Ormont Private Office Sàrl ("Bespoke Agency") provides services. Specific terms for an individual journey or partnership are agreed directly with you before work begins.
Our services
Bespoke Agency designs and operates private group journeys across Europe on behalf of luxury brands, private clubs and hospitality partners hosting their guests. Where specialist expertise or local partners are required, we appoint them with care and oversee the result on your behalf.
Fees
Our fees are agreed clearly before work begins, and depend on the nature, scope and complexity of the request: a service fee, fixed fee, project fee, acquisition fee or placement fee. External costs and third-party invoices (hotels, suppliers, professionals) are payable separately and are not included in our fee.
Third-party providers
Where we engage or recommend third-party suppliers, professionals or specialists on your behalf, Bespoke Agency selects them with care but is not the provider of their underlying service and is not liable for their acts or omissions beyond our duty of reasonable care in selecting and overseeing them.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms for a specific request are set out when the request is agreed. Where third-party bookings are involved, their own cancellation terms apply in addition to ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
